WASt Verlustmeldung 5/ZG76 (04.10.1943)?

Hello to all,

Does anyone have the WASt Verlustmeldung regarding the loss of Lt Hans Metzen & Uffz Günther Barth who were killed in action on the 4th October 1943? Their aircraft was a Me 110G-3 Wnr.4906. Any help regarding this loss would be really appreciated!

I am searching for the WASt report for my collection. Details of date & place of birth for the two crew members etc. I have photos of Metzen when flying the Fw 189. Any details regarding the loss on the 04.10.43 would be appreciated.
