it is not a Hungarian aircraft. It is France, maybe MB-210 bomber.

Indeed, it's not Hungarian, for sure.
However, it's not a Bloch bomber either (it's much smaller).

I leave this one to our experts in French aviation...

It's a Bloch 131 of GR II/22.
This unit had relinquished its antiquated Blochs for long and I assume this one was used by a school.
