Strange parts from Me 210?

On another forum someone posted following photos whit short description:

Transparent part is probably made from plexiglass - is filled and heavy. Greenish rundle looks like ebonite one. Golden endings looks like brass but are not as heavy as brass ones should be.

Golden endings can be easily unscrewed but rundle can't be screwed. It's strange because both looks the same - like unscrewable. Endings looks like complete ones, don't look like broken or pulled out. Tips look like smooth one but maybe original ones were different.

Items after recovering were not cleaned or renovated - it's original look. What can it be?

Disclaimer: It can be joke. Poster said that plane was identified due to factory plates but didn't posted further details, i.e. W.Nr or sth like that.

Strange Parts from Me 210

The part with the removeable "brass" cones on each end is the radio antenna insulator and the other I think is the weight for the towed antenna which was reeled out inflight, it has the end broken off which was probably the same as one end of the insulator.

I agree with this assessment. They look similar to parts I had in my collection once, from a 1943 aircraft. The cable itself looked to be copper and it had small circular perspex discs that it passed through, unlike a 1940 version I had which used small, shaped, ceramic discs instead.

I'm afraid not. I've asked for photos of factory plates (or just pure W.Nr.) two months ago and I didn't got any answer :?
