Yes, I think this photo

is a picture of FW190D-11 White 57. The photo in the Japo Fw190D Camouflage & Markings Pt 1 shows this plane in the same position and with the same damage on pg 183. This photo has been taken earlier as the cowling has been removed in the Japo book.

Of interest is the number 57 on the white background on the wing leading edge inboard of the wing cannon. This is the same marking as on the D-11 White 61 of the same unit, indicating that this was a regular marking on their D-11's (At least the numbered ones).
