Execution of Allied Airmen-Rabaul-Nov 43

While looking online through the Australian War Crimes trails, I came accross a few sentences describing an execution of 12 Allied airmen in Rabaul in November 1943 that was witnessed by high ranking Japanese Navy officers. The witness, a navy rating, named the attending officers.

Can anyone identify the attending JNA officers?
