Bonjour,

Would like to know who are the first and second pilots from left?
From right to left: Galland, Oesau, Milch, Egon Mayer?
Any hint about when and where?
The Do 17Z (?) in the background seems to belong to KG 2.

Dear Chris,

from what I can see on my screen the second from the left - wearing Knght's Cross with Oak Leaves - should be Egon Mayer, here already holding the rank of a Major. The one on the far left doesn't seem to be a pilot at all according to his decorations - no pilot's clasp and apparently some class of KVK ( Kriegsverdienstkreuz ). The medal on the left side of his jacket doensn't look like an EK I either.

The Dornier in the background - Do 215 ?? - could be the personal tansport of GFM Milch. Forgive my amateurish approach towards the identification of the a/c, but it's not my cup of tea. Hope this helps.
