Ofw Ernst Heesen ( .5/JG 1 ) aircraft

Again on the same kind of research, please could someone give me more information about the last mount of Ofw Ernst Heesen, an ace from .5/JG 1 on his last mission of 3rd May 1943? ( werknummer / codes ).
