Hi all

I am lookng for nice photo fo Guenther Bischoff and his Luftwaffe duty info. I know that e had to fly with ZG 76 (at least one claim), JG 76 (at leats one claim), JG 300 (no claims ?) and finally JG 7 (no claims ??). He had to achoeved 8 victories during WWII. Anyone can add units and details?

All we have on this guy is:

BISCHOFF, Günther.
(DOB: 24.11.18).
01.12.41 promo to Oblt.
28.02.44 Oblt., awarded Ehrenpokal.
01.10.44 promo to Hptm.
00.45 Hptm., in JG 7.

As for claims, try the Tony Woods lists.

HI all

I would like to make this post alive.
ANYONE can share info on this airman?
I know he lived long after the WWII. So anyone was in contact with him?
I assume J.Y. Lorant was, but he is silent to my begs for info :(

Know details of claims are:-
16th June 1944 B-24 North of Raab 1000 hrs 6200 metres v.n.e-a.s.m Nr1.
26th June 1944 B-24 East of Bratislava 0925 hrs 6500 metres v.n.e-a.s.m Nr2.
2nd July 1944 B-17 Budapest area 1105 hrs 6500 metres h.s.s-v.n.e-a.s.m Nr3.
12th September 1944 B-17 1100 hrs 7500 metres Nr4.

The first three were with 3./ZG 76, and the last with 3./JG 76.

Thanks Johannes, these are from Tony Woods claim lists and were known to me...sorry that I did not update the first posting regarding claims.
I am looking for his photo, and for some detailed info one can have.
