Fighter Crash 25 May 40

Yesterday's Saturday Telegraph had an article about the church of Ste Jean Baptiste in Bourbourg and the fact that on 25 May 40, a German fighter crashed into it setting it on fire. Would this have been the Bf 110 C from Stab II/ZG 76 shot down by 54 Sqn between Calais & Gravelines killing Lt Peters (Gr Adj) & Uffz Stumpf?
