Luftwaffe's pilot identified near Marseilles

Hi

A skeleton burried in a small island near Marseilles (South of France) was identified as an article in the local newspaper "La Provence " reveal it.

The results of the DNA analysis : the mortal remains belong to PrinZ Alexis Fürst Zu Bentheim und Steinfurt, pilot of 2/JGr Süd shot down on december 2th 1943. He was 23 years old. He was probably burried by fishmen.
