Well Mongoose44
There is not that much on the net. You have to visit the bookstore or the library. Try finding: 'Bombs Gone' by John A.MacBean & Arthur S Hogben ISBN 1-85260-060-8 or 'Sprengkommandos' by Manfred Rauschert ISBN 3-87943-717-3 The first book describes British ordonannance from 1912 to mid 80'ies. The main theme is bombs during WW II. There are a lot of pictures and drawings. It is a good book that will give you basic knowledge of British bombs. 'Sprengkommandos' is in German and I know that you do not like this language. It is a very good book which describes allied bombs (some in detail) and the Germans problems with them. Otherwise you have to visit the archives (PRO in the UK). Carsten |

Thanks. BTW there is nothing wrong with the German langauge and I actually worked for a Bremen company in HongKong for 6 years. The problem is my comprehension :-)
