Yes, it was one of the underground factories, but this one (unlike i.e. Mittelwerk Dora) only produced the Me 262.
The location is/ was near the town of Kahla, in Thüringen/ Thuringia, in the former Kaolin/ China clay mine of the Walpersberg. One unique feature was an elevator, that rigged the jets on the peak of the the Walpersberg, from where they took off on a specialy built runway.
