Do 17/215 by Kagero, new book

Just received my copy... a bit of dissapointment, most photographs were published previously, although probably a dozen or so is new to me. Unfortunately the author (or a person preparing photo captions) is not able to tell the difference between Do 17 P and M, while seemingly is capable of telling us whether Do 17 Z on a blurry photo is Z-1, -2 or -3, which I believe would be impossible even on perfectly clear shots, because unfortunately there were no external differences :)

If the author does not make difference among Do 17 P and M how to credit this book?
