91BG crashlandings in Belgium
 
Hi all ,
On february 15 1945 two B-17G from the 92 BG made a crashlanding in Belgium. 43-38860 – 323BS near Quiévrain and 44-8573 – 323 BS near Filée/Goesnes piloted by Capt Ellis .Who can help me with some extra info on this ?

Alain,

Date should read 14 Feb 1945.

43-38860 was piloted by Lt. Robert Lawson.
His B-17 was one of eight in the squadron to make a landing on the continent that day.
