RLV LUFTLAGE [KART 44/xxxx]
 

Hi all

I am looking for someone who may have info from somewhat called RLV LUFTLAGE [KART 44/xxxx], while xxxx menas some number. I ned just few days in 1944 to check the unit info.

The KART 44 series you refer to does not contain unit information from my recollection. The series consist of maps with flight paths of allied forces entering german controlled airspace, and the flightpaths of the german response. As far as I can remember, there are number of aircraft and type noted but not unit.

KART 40 is a series of disposition maps for different dates with unit and strength information, so maybe that's what you are looking for?

Is it possible to find some Karts info for particular dates for me in possibly your databases? :) Orhow should I ask for it at BAMA? Do you think it requires personal visit or they would be able to send data ?

Hi, Peter

You have to visit BAMA for this. It is as far as I recall one map for each day and front area, and I would strongly advice that you look at this at BAMA before even considering getting copies.
