Who can tell me a little more about him, such as his first name, where he came from...?

00.45 Obstlt., Kdt. Fl.H.Kdtr. A(o) 104/XI (to 08.05.45).

We have found no indication of where he was from.

Thanks. That's just what I needed.
When I said "where he came from", I meant his previous appointment before becoming Inspekteur. You gave the answer.
