Hi Friends,
Somebody could tell me if this Bf 109G-14 WNr. 462919 10. /JG3 Esperstedt, Germany 11-1944 was flown by Oskar Romm. I would like to know also because this a/c has the crosses and the swastika of the tail painted of black.

At least one source has made this claim ('Fighter' by Werner Held?), but I've never seen that claim made or substantiated in any other source such as the JG 3 history by Prien and company.

I am asking this question because I have other books with the same picture of this a/c, but just Werner Held's " book The Day Fighters " and of John R. Beaman " Messerschmitt Bf 109 in action"pag 40 say how being flown by Oskar Romm.
