Great selection today. The color images (surely from the same collection of the ones published at Luftwaffe im Focus) and the Ju 88 are fine.

Has anyone informations for the Bf 109 F-4 WNr. 13358 with the 15 kill markings on the rudder? Unit and pilot?

Hi Falcon,
you mean this with 25 kills. I read that this was someone from II/JG52 but not Barkhorn and not Semelka. In any case "Buchfuehrung" is very similar to those of Barkhorn. I also think that Emil "white 13" is from 4/JG27. Regards Robert |

Gerhard Barkhorn flow the Bf 109 F-4 "white 5" with the WNr. 13388 at this time. 3 pics are in Bernd Barbas book about the II./JG 52. ( pages 115, 117, 118 ) WNr. 13355 was lost 15.05.41, WNr. 13356 was lost 03.07.42, but there is no WNr. 13358 in the lost list. :( |

Yes. I know this book. Interesting that though the damage this plane was not listed? Possibly damage level was under 5% or even minor.
