Kienzle board clock BoUK2 FL23886-1

Gentlemen, can you please tell me, on what aircraft was used this clock? From what I know so far, it is quite an early model, was used on multi-engine aircraft. But what models exactly?

The clock model is: Kienzle BoUK2, Fl number 23886-1

Thank you very much in advance!

In most cases clocks were not specific to an individual aircraft. It could have been used in any aircraft of that time period.

Mike

My (nearly same) Kienzle 8 days was from a He 111

I am not sure, but think, that Kienzle board clocks mainly were used in bombers - as Do's, He's, Ju's, a.o. built in in the steering wheel and Junghans in fighter ac/s in the panel.

Maybe the book of cockpit specialized Peter Cohausz (see google) says more about that.

Cheers,
Horst
