C-47 / Ki-43 collision

Hello I'm trying to find out about a collision between a C-47 and a Ki-43 that I have seen a photo of, the collision took off part of the upper middle roof/fusealage of the C-47 and I would like to know if anyone knows the Squadron or group that the C-47 was withat the time? The C-47 has a unit emblem on the front area of fuselage that has a running American Indian holding a Tomahawk in raised arm,the design is on a round background. If you know this unit or someone who does Please contact me at my E mail, thank you!!!

Thanks Leendert but that's not the one, the C-47 in question only had a section of Fuselage taken out, not the tail surfaces.
