Hi all,

I just finished read the newest book from Avions Hors-Serie No.25 "Les As francais de 1939-1940" I want to highly recommend this book to all enthusiast and reasearchers of French-German air engagements. The book is packed with very interesting photos, first-hand accounts and splendid color profiles. A great piece of work and I wish to could have more such preciously detailed books! A really must-have book in your aviation book`s collections!

Regards

Yes, Alain Coste and Christophe Cony did a very detailed work, very far from the copy and paste that we can find in others publications. They have been able to find many new information and pictures.

Volume 2 covers pilots from Le Gloan to Williame while tome 1 covered Accart to Lefol.

You can order a copy online at this link :

I'll 'third' that...possibly the best works to appear on the subject - & that includes CJE's very large tome.. Plenty of rare accounts & equally rare photos.
