ID of P-38G with c/n 3373

Hello,

Can anyone tell me which radio call-sign matched c/n 3373 for a P-38G?
Thanks in advance.

actually that's Bob Petit's a/c. Rex's P-38G was #125 ''Daisy".

I am doing researches for a colour profile of this particular P-38 that took part in the "Yamamoto mission".
I know it was Petit's mount, Barber's plane having refused to start.

Hello,

Would it be at all possible to honour the lost pilot instead ?

1Lt. Raymond K. Hine.

He seems to have been forgotten.

Alex,

I wish I would but I have no photograph of his ship.
