Hi

Well, I have no Ju 88 loss on May 22 2009, I do not believe that KG 1 flew any sorties using this type of aircraft today.

Willing to help with losses in the 1939-1945 timespan ;-)

Regards.

You are pretty right , the search is made on 22.may 2009, with rather few hope to found anything but warned SND, the plane crashed on 5/6. may 2041, sorry 1941

Hi, Remi

I do not know where you got the information, but both unit and aircraft type seems to be wrong.

I have the following which seems to tie in with at least the aircraft code:

Hope this clears the matter.

That's perfectly match, still wearing the KG1 codes 2 month after conversion so the loss could be completed like that ;

III.KG40 Anglesey 30 km off A see HE111 V4+GK 100 S Brest 5 Fz
A 22h20 Fz beanspr, 1 Frachter gesunken

Sources the so-called "Salu" radio-intercepts, gen. pretty good source if support by usual losses background

Andreas

The Salu files are HW 13 series and Enigma radio intercepts so would be very accurate as the German sources did not know us Brits could listen in.

The losses should be in QM 6 by c/n so it needs those interested to tie up these verband serials with the c/n loss.
