Can anyone help me out with details of the victories claimed by 20th FG (two) and 357th FG (four): names, times, places?

Nick - I have 20th FG -2-0-0 FW 190's at Nogent and SW Reims
Lt Mullins 55FS FW 190 S/Nogent
Lts Arthaud and Feibelkorn 77th FS shared FW 190 SW Reims

357th FG 4-0-1 at Valence
LTC Hayes 357HQ Me 109 Dest near Valence
Cpt Stepelton 364FS FW 190 near Valence plus a damaged FW 190
Lt Finley 364FS Me 109 near Valence
Lt Frederick 364FS Me 109 near Valence

I'll research some more to see if I can pinpoint times but the 357th FG all returned by 1220. Their mission that day was to escort a major supply drop to French Underground in St. Lo, to Limoges region. The force of about 10 Me 109s were escorting FW 190's.

Thanks for that. That's all I need.

The Bf 109s near Valence were from Jagdgruppe 200 and this seems to have been their only encounter with 8th AF. Usually they fought against the 12th and 15th AF coming up from the south. On 14 July, they claimed damage to B-17s near Valence between 09.17 and 09.25.

Nick - One (Stepleton) of the 357 encounters was in the 0930 range so that fits
