Can't say with certainty, but it looks like Meichsner, Fach and Cordes in that order:

CORDES, Udo. (DOB: 22.07.21 in Dortmund). (R, DKG). 07.09.42 Lt., awarded the Ehrenpokal. 07.11.42 Lt., awarded DKG, 4./KG 3. 12.06.43 Lt. in 9.(Eis.)/KG 3, awarded Ritterkreuz for developing special tactics that led to high successes against the Russian railway supply lines in the Donets Basin. 01.06.43 in KG 3, promo to Oblt. 1944 Oblt., appt Staka 14.(Eis.)/KG 3 (to 3.45). 23.04.45 appt Adjutant II./SG 2. (n.d.) retired from the Bundeswehr with a rank of Obstlt.d.R.

Well, in fact, I should have asked: who is this Hauptmann in front of a Ju 88 C-6c wearing the code 5K+AT?
Compared to the photographs of Fach as published in LW im Focus #3, it is obviously not him.
