HELP WITH BOMB FUZING TAG

Can anyone help identify the date/type of bomb/aircraft that might have used the tag enclosed in the following pictures. Perhaps the wording could provide a clue?

Any help or advice will be much appreciated.

It's a current system, i know same used by P-47 (metallic rope) during ww2 with frag bombs .
I'm not sure we can found the exact bomb type with theses parts only...
