Please,

can you give me full, correct, German name of the decoration awarded for participation in winter 1941-1942 on the Eastern front. I know it as Ostmedaille.

The full name was Medaille Winterschlacht im Osten 1941/2.

We in Luftwaffe and Army called this Ostmedaille: "Gefrierfleischorden!" same like "frozen meat medal", because of the many amputations of frozen legs an arms.
