Hello,

Is the history of Me 163 B V1 at the end of the war known? I could only find information about its early career during the test flight phase but not when it went to JG400.

in Me163 volume1 - classic publications n°8, page 90 it is said that "...before to be handed over, at the end of 1943, to EK16 at Bad Zwischenahn, where it was used for pilot training. In July 1944, it was transferred to Brandis with erganzunggsstaffel/JG400 and later, also with that unit, to Udetfield. BV1 survived the war and was among the Me 163s dismantled by American troops at Linz, Austria, for transportation to the USA."
