This one http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...tem=6189145556
looks like it was on the strength of FF(C)8 - see emblem which looks like the shield of the City of Furth (the schools pre-war location). A number of FF(C) 8 aircraft were used during the invasion of Norway. |

Re: Photos 6-23-05
In this collection :
http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...tem=6189156853 we can see (among others): a Siebel Fh 104 coded D-IKSN, an early Arado Ar 96, Heinkel He 112 V4 (D-IZMY), Ju 86 D-ADAA (possibly a Ju 86 K demonstartor?), a Hs 123 and a Savoia-Marchetti SM.83 (I-LUCE). The crashed aircraft here: http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...tem=6189157281 is a Heinkel He 46. "Foto deutsches Jagd-Flugzeug Junkers STUKA Ju87 Kennung" (Artikelnummer: 6187168077) is a Bf 108 Taifun. |
Re: Photos 6-23-05
Concerning the Junkers Ju 52/3m marked + BN commented upon by Andy Mitchell in the Ed West photo assembly dated 23-06-05, does anyone have the Werknummer for the aircraft? The number appears at the top of the fin in one of the three photos but is illegible to me. The hyperlink is

Re: Photos 6-23-05
Szervusz Rabe!
I don't know the Werknummer, but an 'S' appears to be overpainted in front of the fuselage cross. HTH. |

Hi,
I got the identity of the glider N2NV from the FAA register, but it looks like a Blanik, I know. Von Alles |
