Major Otto Werner KG26

As years go by I'm still requiring a photo of Otto Werner. As new members and new information surface I'm keeping my fingers crossed that someone might be able to help me out. I have everything else to Otto - his complete service record and some personal possessions.

That wouldn't be Otto-Friedrich Werner, would it? Born 13.06.12? If so, would you happen to have his place of birth?
