I need help about Pl.Qu. 3269 (24 Ost).
I know, it's Western Ukraine. But I hope, anybody help me with map of this Pl.Qu. or link with it.

Whoops! Forgot this does not go to the western Ukraine. However, there was a web site a few years ago that had the whole map. Unfortunately I seem to have lost the link. Does anyone have it?

The location You mention is not in western Ukraine. It is in Northern Greece, the closest city in a modern map seems to be Kato Nevrokopi (closest to the center location of this Kleintrapez which is 41 degrees 22 Minutes 30 Seconds N, 23 degrees 45 Minutes Seconds East). The area would be approximately 9 x 11 kilometers, a link to the center in MapQuest is here:

The corners of the area defined by the above Gradnetmeldeverfahren code is:

Northwestern: 41 deg 20 min N & 23 deg 50 min E
Southwestern: 41 deg 15 min N & 23 deg 50 min E

Northeastern: 41 deg 20 min N & 24 deg 00 min E
Southeastern: 41 deg 15 min N & 24 deg 00 min E

Have to make a few corrections to the west mappings south of equator, but all mappings for 'OST' locations should be correct.

But may be I have mistake, it's place NE of Lutsk ib Western Ukraine. I have small uncorrect map of Pl.Qu. (Urkraine).

That would place it in 34 O N and not 24 O N.
