The 1941 Q4 Deaths register index includes the following
Wilson, Ralph E. age 21 Miller, Francis P age 23 both registered in Maidstone district, Kent, Boxley is part of that district. http://www.ukbmd.org.uk/genuki/reg/d...maidstone.html Wilson RNZAF is buried in Maidstone Cemetery. Both are listed in the same RAQF Casualty Communique in Flight magazine, Both Killed on Active Service. They appear to be the only 29 Sqn men on CWGC for that date. http://www.hut-six.co.uk/cgi-bin/search39-47.php This site, not saying its correct, places Wilson on the aircraft. http://pages.quicksilver.net.nz/l.rw...d-william.html Seems likely they are the crew. You could order the Form 1180 from Hendon to confirm the pilots name at least. http://www.rafmuseum.org.uk/research/ They appear to be the only 29 Sqn men on CWGC for that date. |
