GCIII/1 on 16.05.40 and 18.05.40
 

Hi everyone,


I wonder if somebody could help me with following loss:
- 16.05.40 GCIII/1 MS-406 badly damaged air combat Braine-le-Comte (B)
- 18.05.40 GCI/3 D.520 s/d air combat Bussiares
- 18.05.40 GCI/8 MB.152 badly damaged air combat ?
I`m searching for the time of this actions (or take off time).

16/5/40 - 3 MS406 from GCIII/1 fought a Do17 near Gembloux, S-Lt Chciuck shoot down by the german bomber, pilot safe, a/c wo in emergency landing.

18/5/40 - Meaux-Esbly airfield, home of GC1/3, is bombed by 3 Do17 around midday. The protection patrol (Capitaine Pape, Schneider and Sergent Bouffier), alerted, shoot down one of the German near Chateau-Thierry. Sgt Bouffier (Dewoitine 520 n° 108), endommaged by defensive fire near Eloup, end the fight in a tree, safe, a/c wo and get victory homologation with Capitaine Schneider.

18/5/40 - no trace of GCI/8 lose this day.

08:00 - 09:35

- MB.152 n° 535 damaged by Flak while attacking a Hs 126, landed at Margny-les-Compiègne, S/C Louveau lightly wounded

13:00 - 14:15

- MB.152 n° 527 shot down near Douai by Bf 109Es at about 14:30, C/C Kràlik safe
