shoot downs during the Battle...... By 152 Squadron RAF

Hello all.
Can anybody help with pictures of the following?

  • Helmut Brandt, Pilot, KG55, Staffel Kapitain, shot down on the 25th September 1940.
  • Wille Rehul, Observer 'Iron third' Shot down at Porlock in September 1940. Have seen a rough copy of a picture where he is in uniform holding a bit of paper.
  • BF110 crew, ZG26, Arthur Niebuhr was one of the crew, ladybird on aircraft side, shot down at Salters Wood, Middlebere, Dorset. Sorry date escapes me!!! Have seen two rough pictures, one of the two crewman walking and another taken from the rear of the cockpit.

Any help as all shot down by 152 Squadron during 1940. And soon to have my book completed on the Squadron.

With kind Regards to all.
Danny Burt.

Hello Peter
been studying 152 Squadron over the strict dates of 12th July - 28th November 1940, for about six years now.

Have a section wrote on every pilot and other info on German aircraft which have been shot down by 152 Squadron hence why i have these plea for help on here.

The pictures i have most have never been seen before so should be of some interest. It will be out next June-July, as i am off to Afgan for a little holiday....

So look out for the book on the shelves about that time.

With Kind regards
Danny Burt.

Danny - Bf110C of Arthur Niebuhr - what colors it had? Gray-green mottled or green solid?
