Ulf Balke & Franz Selinger Photo Archives

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can get in contact with the holders of the photo archives that have appeared in the past as being held by (1) Ulf Balke and (2) Franz Selinger? Are these gentlemen still with us and, if so, does anyone know how to contact them?
