Unit marked 1st pattern Luftwaffe dagger

Can anyone help? I am trying to find out what the following unit markings on a first pattern Luftwaffe dagger relate to. These details are engraved on the under side of the crossguard and again on the top scabbard mount.

4/Fea 37/7

I assume that 37/7 relates to July 1937 but could well be wrong! Any info regarding what the unit was and where they served would be much appreciated.
