Has anyone read this book yet? (Flight Lieutenant Anthony Noel SNELL (119146), Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve).Born Tunbridge Wells. Shot down in Spitfire ER856 of 242 Squadron on 10 July 1943 in Sicily. Mistaken for spy, executed by firing squad, hit 5 times,escaped, recaptured, escaped to fly again.
