2 May 1940 -Blenheims

2nd May saw 235 Sqn Blenheim fighters fly the first Coastal Command sortie against shipping off the Dutch coast.

The photo copy of the ORB page which I've received, it looks like three Blenheims (?) took part, could anyone confirm this for me?

Quite a bit on this date. Flt Lt Cross in D/9262 took off at 1800 hrs for recce of Dutch coast and then Flt Lt Manwaring in M and Plt Off Booth in L left shortly after for recce of Borkum
