I have a copy of F/Sgt K.C. "Chad" Hanna's Form F which also mentions F/Sgt. Arbon and F/O "Slim" Kenny.

Thank you kindly Stephen, i already have that one.
Have just downloaded at National archives the other two:
sorrily they all are identical, i.e., they are Kenneth Hanna's
reports.

"Chad" Hanna is still alive...let me know and I'll pass along the details.
