Checkerboard Hunters

Does anybody know if this book was already published?

According with some online book shops it was printed on August 2006 but it seems not available anywhere.

From what I know the release has been delayed for several years. I´m even not sure if Flight Recorder Publications is still on busines. The URL I have shows now a different contents. I believe Barry has closed it...
