Looking for Ju 188 crew or relatives

Dear all,

I'm looking for info (photos, logs, addresses, etc) regarding a Ju 188 crew or their relatives (addresses). The besatzung/crew in question is that of pilot Gerhard Grimm, a Ju 188 crew from 3./KG6 which joined 2./KG66 in March 1944. They flew with I/KG66 and the Ju 188 till the end of the war.

The crew consisted of:

- Fw Gerhard Grimm (pilot), born 8-3-1920
- Uffz Hermann Zacharias (navigator), born 5-1-1921
- Uffz Philipp Scheurer (navigator), born 17-11-1922
- Uffz Hans Riebl (radio operator), born 4-10-1922
- Uffz Hans Gruber (air gunner/flight engineer), born 22-7-1920)

To my knowledge they never visited the I/KG66 reunions after the war, but maybe they did join the KG6 Association?

Please contact me off the board. TIA,

Marcel

Nothing to deal with this crew, sorry.
Does an KG66 association exists ?
If yes could you tell me more about it ?
I'm particulary looking after 4./KG66 in late 43, early 44 on JU-188.
TIA

4./kg66

Hi Mikael,

I'm sorry, the I/KG66 Association disbanded itself last year. But if you have questions I might be able to pass them on to veterans.

I don't have that much on 4./KG66, desperately searching for info on that unit myself! But send me an email off the board, maybe we can exchange information.

Regards,

Marcel
