Did the Germans ever honored the 1st Grupo de Caca FAB

Hello
Has the German goverment ever honored the 1st Grupo de Caca of the Brazilian Air Force that flew the P-47D in Italy from 1944 to 1945? Because back in May 1952 the Japanese goverment honored the Mexican Expedtionary Air Force that fought agaisnt them in the P.I. 1945.

From what I know this never happened. Brazilian Air Force did not have aerial fighting with the Luftwaffe, just a few straffing. Their mission was as fighter bomber against ground targets, armour, trucks, trains, etc... They peformed very well even with a small group of men.
