Ops. over Poland

Is anyone aware of what ops (i.e location, strength etc.) were undertaken by Lehrgeschwader 2 and in particular 10th Staffel on 3 September 39? I have the "Ausflug aus Feindflugbuch Nr. 1" for then Hauptmann Arvid Cruger indicating that a day mission was undertaken by 10/LG2 on the above mentioned day, He111 were the aircraft "De Jour".

Not any help with your actual question but I wonder whether your "Ausflug" is in fact an "Auszug" (i.e. an extract?)

Clear handwriting was not the Luftwaffe's strongest suit!

Yes indeed you are correct it is "Auszug"...I get a few glasses of wine in me and start expanding the languages I'm viewing. That said the document is very legible.
