Ofw Herbst 3/123

Can anyone confirm that Ofw Rudi Herbst of 3/123 is the same as Ofw Karl-Heinz Herbst who flew with 3/123 in 1940-41. Apparently he was with the Legion Condor but I can find little else on him or his fate?

No rudi or Rudolf found , but a Karl-heinz Herbst who was Junkers pilot in 1943, he flew for F123 in aug. 1940 bis June 1941, activity unknown before aug. 1940
