Attack on HMS Delight - Off Portland 29 July 1940

Can anybody identify for me the unit involved in attacking and sinking HMS Delight off Portland on 29 July 1940? The Naval War Diary (Portland) states sixteen aircraft were involved. I am curious to know which unit.

23 Stukas of III/StG 2, Do 17 Stab/StG 2 & Bf 110 2/11 took off at 1855 hrs . 1925 hrs attacked a cruiser (6-8000T) 20 km WSW Portland. Hit by 5xSC500, 4 x SC250 and numerous SC50. Badly damaged and seen burning
