Lt Robert "Tubby" Carlgren in F-5 (P-38) Cockpit, Mount Farm, UK

Carlgren served with the 22nd Squadron of the 7th Photo Group until he was downed by jets in December, 1944 and became a POW. Walt Weitner who is also in the photo flew the Group's first mission to Berlin in a Spitfire MK XI.
