197 Sqn Typhoon JP844 Code?

Hello

I am after the individual code for this aircraft which force landed at Newport, Isle of Wight on 5 Nov 1943. OV-?

Pilot F/Sgt L S Clarke injured.

According The Typhoon & Tempest Story Typhoon JP844 OV-F ran out of fuel and force-landed near Newport. F/S L. S. Clarke.
