6/JG2 BF109E-4 w/n 22301/255

Hello

This aircraft was shot down on the 18th of August 1940 crashing at Tapnell Farm, Freshwater, Isle of Wight, Pilot Oblnt R Moeller-Friedrich, baled out POW.

I have this aircaft listed as 6/JG2 and 6/JG27, one presumably a typing error.

Details regarding markings are requested.

Hi Pete

This plane was from type E-4 and belonged to 6./JG 2. I have this dates from GLM-loss-list.
