Polizeibatallion?

Gentlemen,
Looking for some help on my grandfather's duty during WWII. I am attaching some photos, but can't seem to match the uniforms with anything found on internet. Thanks for your help.

Could very well be the Gruene Polizei, or Civilian Police (versus Feldgendarmerie, or Military Police).

I am quite certain it is an Ordnungspolizei uniform but I have no special knowledge in this area.

The history of the German Police during 1933 - 1945 is one of the most difficult part of our history. Especialy their duties during the war, there is a smal line between light and darkness.
