For this number, the Kannapin book states:

(5) 7. Kp. Kw.Trsp.Rgt. 2 Trsp.Stand Speer d.Lw., dann 7.Kp.Kw.Trsp.Rgt. 2 (Speer) d.Lw.


which I interpret as meaning:

During the period 30.07.41 to 28.02.42, this postal number applied to the 7th company of truck transport regiment 2 "Speer" (of the air force)
